Not only are these Mung Dahl Banana Pancakes simple to make and oh so delicious, but they are easy to digest and nourishing.
𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴
1 cup Mashed Bananas
1 cup Cooked Mung Dahl
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Nutmeg
1 ½ Cup Oat Flour (you can also use a combo of 1 cup spelt ½ cup buckwheat)
𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴
Mac Nut Butter or Nut Butter of choice
Fresh Fruit of choice
Mac Nuts
Cacao Nibs
Maple Syrup or Raw Honey drizzle
Coconut Flakes
Hemp Hearts
Chopped Dates
1) Blend, strained & cooked Mung Dahl, Banana, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Eggs & Spices in blender or with a whisk.
2) Add flour of choice.
3) Heat pan over medium heat, grease with Ghee or Coconut Oil.
4) Spoon batter onto pan and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
5) Add toppings of choice.
