Nourishing Mung Dahl Banana Pancakes

Not only are these Mung Dahl Banana Pancakes simple to make and oh so delicious, but they are easy to digest and nourishing.



1 cup Mashed Bananas⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 cup Cooked Mung Dahl⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp Vanilla⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 Egg⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp Vanilla⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp Cinnamon⁣⁣⁣⁣

½ tsp Nutmeg⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 ½ Cup Oat Flour (you can also use a combo of 1 cup spelt ½ cup buckwheat)⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴⁣⁣⁣⁣


Mac Nut Butter or Nut Butter of choice

Fresh Fruit of choice⁣⁣⁣⁣

Mac Nuts⁣⁣⁣⁣

Cacao Nibs⁣⁣⁣⁣

Maple Syrup or Raw Honey⁣⁣⁣⁣ drizzle

Coconut Flakes⁣⁣⁣⁣

Hemp Hearts⁣⁣⁣⁣

Chopped Dates⁣⁣⁣⁣


1) Blend, strained & cooked Mung Dahl, Banana, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Eggs & Spices in blender or with a whisk.⁣⁣⁣⁣

2) Add flour of choice.⁣⁣⁣⁣

3) Heat pan over medium heat, grease with Ghee or Coconut Oil.⁣

4) Spoon batter onto pan and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.⁣⁣⁣⁣

5) Add toppings of choice.



Makes 4-6 pancakes
