Come stay in my mountainside home, located in beautiful private Kula, Maui on the slopes of Haleakala.  Food provided daily and ample outdoor space for your daily practice. Optional add on services such as cooking lessons, guided hiking to lesser traveled locations and morning or evening yoga guidance available.

Develop your Daily Sadhana (Routine)

Spend 3 days learning different daily practices - mediation, mantra, yoga asana & others rituals to help create a foundational routine “sadhana” to bring back home with you. A daily practice is a great way to help keep you connecting with yourself, helping keep you grounded and connected to this mind set you have developed in retreat.

Includes private room, daily meals and 2 hours of 1 on 1 custom time / day learning and practicing techniques that you can bring home with you.

*Option to add on ayurvedic cooking class or guided hikes / outings to local hot spots where we can practice grounding techniques to help alleviate stress, anxiety / depression.


Get Comfortable & Have Fun in the Kitchen


Want to learn how to make some of the simple and nourishing meals we enjoyed in retreat? Spend 3 days immersed in the world of healthy eating as we explore the grocery store through a new lens and work one on one to create recipes tailored to you and your preferences that you can take home and share with your loved ones. I believe anyone has the capacity to be a good cook - even those with little time. It simply takes practice and what better time to practice than after retreat?!

Includes beautiful room to stay and 3-4 hours of kitchen time a day. Option to add meditation, yoga, or custom guided outings to local trails and beaches to expand your toolbox before heading home.
