As a culture, we are exhausted, depressed, irritated, anxious and moody. We are suffering from obesity, diabetes, heart disease, ulcers & other stress related illnesses at an alarming rate.

Yoga, meditation, plant-based cooking, time being present in nature and herbal remedies have been key in helping me work through the stress and day to day challenges of being human in this hectic world we live in - which is why I'm inspired to share.  :)
